On February 21, 2019, the Volga District Military Court sentenced Toptygin to 15 years in prison for “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC).
Toptygin is married with four children.

On August 3, 2016, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced Tkachyov to eight years in prison for “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC).
On December 20, 2016, Tkachyov's verdict was upheld.
